1. Valid rank in WBJEE or JEE (Main) 2021

2.10+2 Board Exam – 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Information Technology  /Information Practices / Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Candidates must clear Theory & Practical examination.

40% marks in case of candidates of SC/ST/OBC in the above subjects taken together.

3. Passed in English

  1. For WBJEEB Counselling :
  • After publication the counseling notification of WBJEE, students have to register for e-counseling process, to the portal of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (wbjeeb.nic.in).
  • Students have to fill their choice of streams and as well as institute. Students will get their allotment of seat according to the choice filled.
  • After getting the allotment, students need to report to the reporting centre (list given in the WBJEE portal).
  • After reporting to the reporting centre, students report to the respective institute for taking admission.
  1. Students, who are intended to take direct admission, contact office to the institution.

  • MAKAUT Fee (Registration, Student Development, and Examination etc.) is to be paid separately, as applicable.
  • Tuition Fee & other fees are subject to revision by the Fee Structure Committee, Govt. of West Bengal / MAKAUT.
  • Fee (without late fine) needs to be paid semester wise, within 10th of the first month of the semester. Late payment of fees will cause  payment of the late fine and such other action as may deemed appropriate by the suitable authority
  • Transport Fee will be charged extra in accordance with distance travelled.
  • Uniform Fee will have to be paid extra to the uniform supplier.
  • Transport / Hostel Facility can be availed subject to availability.

  1.  The college will start at 10:00am and be over at 4:20pm.
  2.  In special cases, however, the workshop, laboratory and library may remain open even after 4:20 pm, if the Head of the concerned department, so deems fit & proper
  3.  Every student shall maintain appropriate dress code, during college hours.
  4.  No student shall be allowed admission in the college campus after 10:00 am. A grace period of 15 (fifteen) minutes may be allowed by the Principal/Vice-Principal/ Registrar, if reason for delay appears to be fair and reasonable.
  5. No student shall leave the campus before 4:20 pm. In case of exigency, however, one may vacate the college campus with prior permission of the Principal/Vice-Principal/Registrar.
  6.  No gossip or unnecessary gathering will be allowed in library/laboratory/workshop etc.
  7.  Every student and guardian of the student, shall submit an undertaking every academic year, to the effect that student shall be liable to prosecution, if he/she participates in any form of ragging and/or indulges in ragging in the college campus /hostel.
  8.  Service of Medical Unit of the college is available during college hours. Students(s) falling sick during college hours are taken care by the medical unit.
  9.  Students are encouraged to participate in cultural / sports activities of the institution.
  10.  In terms of clauses of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, no student shall be allowed to appear for semester examinations, if attendance in below 75% throughout the session.
