Declaration by the Candidate

• I, Mr. /Ms. S/o, / D/o , residing at , do hereby solemnly affirm and state that
• I am aware that, I must fulfil the eligibility criteria as laid down by the competent statutory authority as applicable to the course, I am taking admission.
• I am aware that, I must submit all the requisite documents pertaining to the eligibility criteria of the course I am taking admission, well advance before University Registration. Failing which, my admission will be treated as cancelled, and refund amount, if any, will be admissible as per the policy of the Institutions.
• I am aware that, in case admission withdrawal, refund, if any, will be processed after 90days from date of withdrawal application.
• I shall abide by Rules & Regulations of Institution.
• I shall agree to reside in the hostel accommodation if allotted by the authority and shall abide by Rules & Regulations of the hostel.
• I shall not participate in any activities that may create groups / or class feeling among different sections of students in the Institution & / or Hostel and if so, I am liable to disciplinary actions that may be taken against me by the authority.
• I shall not indulge in creating any disturbance or any act of indiscipline during my tenure as a student in the Institution and/or the Hostel and in the event of any breach of discipline; I am liable to disciplinary actions that may be taken against me by the authority.
• I understand that ragging in any form within the campus of the Institutions and / or in the Hostel is strictly prohibited and I understand that I shall be liable to be prosecuted if I participate in the ragging or indulge in ragging inside or outside the premises of the Institutions and/or Hostel.
• I undertake that I shall have to qualify myself to attain the eligibility criterion as may be laid down by the authority for appearing at the campus interview to be arranged by the Institutions.
• I undertake that I shall maintain minimum 75% attendance in each semester.
• All materials, resources, projects and achievements of students during their pursuit and fulfilment of attaining the degree, as applicable, shall be considered property of the Institution, and the Institution shall reserve the right to publish, reprint or reproduce these for the purpose of promotion and publicity.
• I understand that, in case of withdrawal from admission is sought for, even after getting myself provisionally admitted but before the classes start, the Institution reserves the right to deduct such amount as it deems fir and proper by the institutions not exceeding Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand).
  In case of withdrawal application submitted after commencement of classes, Institute reserves the right to deduct full admission Fee and proportionately other ancillary fees.

• I shall meet the expenditure to be incurred during admission of the students admitted to this institution and the entire course including other ancillary fees, if any.
• I undertake that my ward will not indulge in ragging of any form and if the event he/she is found involved in any activity related to ragging, he shall be liable to be prosecuted by the law of enforcing authority.
• I shall immediately communicate changes of address with actual details / other important information, if any during the tenure of study of student in the Institution.
